my sis told me not to bother spending lots of money on speciality pillow...I went to Walmart and go a long "boyfriend"pillow that I can throw my leg over to be able to sleep on my side with more comfort I also will support my back with 2 or 3 pillows that i prop along me when im laying on my side...If my legs or knees hurt I use a foam curved pillow made for peopl with knee problems but it usually becomes a burden if I try to switch sides.

I use a Cotton pillow then a down pillow for my head, my head is not flat on the bed the cotton one supports the down. I use a regular body pillow that I got for Bed Bath and Beyond for like $20. I sleep fairly well. My hips are always in pain, but I think that is from our mattress since it is like extra firm.

I have been sleeping so deep lately that I don't hear my husband's phone go off when he gets paged for work and I am usually the one that wakes him up to answer the pages.

toawrds the end i used a boppy pillow underneath my stomach i got it at my baby shower.

i had a hard time sleeping...the extra weight of my stomach would cause my whole lower half to feel numb all night long the doctor suggested i buy a special pad for the mattress that covers the entire top they are similar to memory foam but a little bit firmer. It helped alot to support my lower back and my spine when i was sleeping so i didnt have as much back pain. i still use it now and my great feels incredible after carrying a two year old around.....i would highly reccomend it...good luck....also i hear that sitting up with your feet up as much as possible suring the day helps relieve back strain when you are lying down as well

For great support and comfiness, make sure the pillow is right under tour neck, but not under your shoulders. As for the rest of the body, put any kind of large pillow between your thighs to help alot with the back and hips especially.

Pillows are pillows & you will move around & they will come loose whether they are regular pillows or pregnancy pillows. I choose just to use regular pillows & I had one behind my back, one under my tummy, one between my knees, one between my feet & 2 behind my head. Its a little much but its the only way I can get any sleep since im 38 weeks pregnant. I usually get up a few times during the night anyways to go to the bathroom so when I lay back down I rearrange everything & get comfortable again :) Thats what works for me just do whatever works for you.

I slept with a body pillow and a normal pillow for my head my entire pregnancy and have continued since. I can't sleep without it now!

There are pillows specifically for pregnancy but if you just use a body pillow for your body and a regular pillow for your head it's the same thing...

Here is a link to a site that sells the maternity pillows:
http://www.inspiredliving.com/body-pillows/pillow-pregnancy.htm

Hope this helps!

I use two under my head and then another length wise behind my back. I also have used a body pillow too and thats helps if I put it behind my back.

Save yourself some money and get your average, run-of-the-mill body pillow for $9 at walmart instead of spending $30 on a special pregnancy pillow. At least try it, if nothing else, it's extremely comfortable pregnant or not. My hubby tries to steal it, lol!

I am able to put it between my knees and wrap my arms around it and this seems to be the most comfortable I get.

I used a normal pillow on my head, another just behind my back and one between my knees. I did buy a Boppy pillow but it was pointless and didn't do anything any better than regular pillows in the right positions.
