currently this unit is living is deplorable conditions. They are building floors and walls in an asbestos filled building. no running hot water, cold water only. They are in need of so many things, pillows, blankets, sheets, hygeine items, recreational items. They have no microwaves, no entertainment and no px to buy things they need. They visit a large base once a month briefly. I would like assistance or ideas on how i could raise donations to help our soldiers over there. They are at a patrol base called woodcock. Its hard enough for them in the conditions they are in. They patrol 2 cities round the clock. Many of the soldiers do not have support from back home. I send what i can, but i live by meager means myself and can only do so much. Any idea’s or donations would be greatly appreciated. They are currently building rooms and bunk beds trying to make their conditions better. they will be there another 13 months. Thank you

My baby is 4 months old and he has a very flat head developed from sleeping on the back too much. Since sleeping on the back is the recommended position to avoid SIDS, I am not sure it is good to let him sleep on the sides. Anyone knows would a head support pillow helped to correct the flat head? If yes, any particular pillow you can recommend? Thanks!
