My back has gone fragile..It continuously needs support,Sleeping on back is most comfortable for me and i get good sleep sleeping on back but as it is not advisable i get worried when i find myself on back when i wake up through out night..Pillows for pregnancy is not available in india so that is not good solution for me..Please give me some solution.

I am going to California (from Arizona) next weekend. The car trip is about 7 or 8 hours long. I’m not driving (my husband is).
I know I need to be drinking plenty of bottled water, I should be getting out of the car every hour and a half to two hours to stretch my legs, I can take a little dramamine for any motion sickness and I should bring a pillow for back support.

My question is.. does anyone else have any tips or tricks for making the car trip more comfortable? Anyone done this at 33 weeks before and have any life savers? And what healthy snacks do you recommend for a long trip like this?

I already have a body pillow for “support.” And I’ve tried to put a pillow behind me (since I’m sleeping on my side) for support. Nothing seems to help!!! I feel like I’m never going to get any sleep again!!!! Any suggestions would REALLY be appreciated! Thank you!

I need to take an unexpected trip that will be 7 hours each way. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and am hoping to get some tips from others who took long car trips at this stage. Should I bring pillows for back support? What’s the recommended break time? Thanks for your help!

I get really bad back pain at work(sitting in my desk) I have a lumbar support pillow but it is not working. I have been looking a t heating pad that massages your back and supports the back to put in my chair. Is this safe when pregnant??
