Jobri Spine Reliever Spine Reliever Bed Wedge

I haven’t seen a similar question on here that was answered very well.

My bathtub is pretty much a perfect rectangle. There is no slope to lean on, making it hard to recline at all (it is also not long, and obviously it makes no sense to put my back on the floor of the tub even if I could). Furthermore, there is no space behind the back, one of the sides, or front by the faucet. The walls of the shower connect to the edges of the tub, so my head has nowhere to go and cannot violate the rectangular plane of the tub surface and shower wall.

Basically, I need a bath pillow that is similar to a bed wedge. Searching for a bath wedge pillow produces results that still are for angled tubs. Amazon and the major bed, bath, etc. chains don’t have anything large enough or that would provide a steep enough angle. I almost need a lounge seat (think outdoor furniture) to put in the bath – but that wouldn’t be comfortable and I am not looking for something to assist me with stepping in and out and can’t afford that anyway.

I’m really frustrated, because I’ve spent an hour or so looking online and I am not seeing anything new. I just want to be comfortable in the tub – not sitting straight up! I’ve even thought of sewing multiple pillows together, but the right shape would be hard to accomplish that way. I suppose I’ll have to make my own. Please help?
And by “steep enough angle” – I really mean the opposite. I need a large incline to make up for a lack of slope in the bathtub.
Bed wedge idea: the type that is for upper body as opposed to lower body is probably more of what I’m looking for.
