question about pillows and sleeping better?
I was wandering the pillow section in a department store while waiting for my mum to shop for bathroom towels. Anway i say all these different kinds of pillows – will they make my sleeping experiences more comfy? You know like body pillows, neck rolls, lumbar support pillows – and how do i know how fluffy i need my pillow to be if I am a stomach sleeper (I sleep on my stomach or sometimes on my side)? What are your experiences with different kinds of pillows? Also can I use a lumbar support pillow for when Im sitting in a chair reading at my des as well (for my lower back)? What have been your experiences?

What i basically need to be super comfy is LOTS of pillows surrounding me… kinda like if i roll on any side ill be comfortable all over again
Hope that helped.
Yes: the position in which you sleep [back, side, stomach] is an important consideration when choosing a pillow.. Here is a short article on choosing a pillow.

This article written by a chiropractor covers different types of pillows, including lumbar support:

Perhaps a pillow is just as important as a good mattress for a good nights sleep.
Hope those articles help.
How about a bed wedge pillow? It has a comfortable, gradual slope that can help ease respiratory problems. The bed wedge pillow cushion is constructed with top quality foam to reduce neck and shoulder pain.
