I wake up with a stiff neck everyday. What is the best pillow/neck support I can buy and from where?

Author: The stiffness continues to my upper back just between the shoulder blades. I use a foam matress and I have tried form pillow, soft, small, medium, large, travel pillow without success. I wake up miserable and now I want to seriously look for a remedy.
