I need to find a special pillow? Where can I buy a support neck pillow?Which one is the best to use?

Author: I was in a car accident and I need a special pillow to sleep on at night to support my neck and back…where shoud I go to find one and does anyone recommend a certain brand or product?

go to a chiropractor – they should be able to order one specially designed for you.
My chiropractor said most neck pillows are too large. He said the best thing is to roll a towel into a roll, experimenting with rolling it just the right amount that is comfortable for your neck, then cutting it and taping it with soft tape or sewing it so it does not unroll during the night. Mine gives the best support at a bit over 3 inches.
