good pillow for neck & back?

Author: hi im 17 and have been having neck and back pain for about 4 years and i dont really know what causes it (iv been to diff doctors n things, no1 knew how to help) but anyway i just want to know what a good pillow would be for neck and back pain & support? my back hurts when i lay or stand and neck hurts all the time (all around besides front)
just say the name of the pillow, where i can get it, and an estimated price please….of course the cheaper the better…but i do need one that helps…Also can u tell me if most people think the are comfy and last a while, i really dont wanna waste my money if i dont even like it =[ thank you!

buy a good pillow and excerise alot that will help . oh yea the pillow is at target name bery cost only 4.99
try a good down pillow! i have one that really helps my back ( i have the same problems) and neck… it has an inner pocket of goose down and its like the softest fluff down ever haha, then on the outer core it is normal goose down and feathers it is so great… eddie bauer
If you are having back and neck pain you should go with a memory foam pillow. They cost a little more but you can’t put a price on you healt and well being. There are many brands out there, a memory foam pillow keeps you neck and back aligned which will help eliviate the pain. They cost any where from 50.00 up to 200.00, but they really do work and come with a warranty up to 5 or 10 years. Worth every penny if you ask me. Good Luck and Hope it helps you feel better soon.
