Hi ladies,
I need to know if anyone has any advice on severe lower back and hip pain. I have done a lot of research and reading on the symptom and seems it is very common once the third trimester is hit, but my back and right hip are absolutely KILLING me! It actually feels like my right hip is trying to fall off my body it hurts so bad. I’ve tried a maternity pillow boppy, a maternity support sling, warm bath, heating pad, cold compress, sleeping on my left side, and massage. Nothing seems to help. My doctor just brushed it off and told me that it was a normal symptom and recommended I do everything I have already done. I am not in labor or pre-term labor, it is just pain. Hurts to sit, stand, lay, walk, change position, you name it. Any advice on what I can do that can safely help with the pain that I haven’t tried yet? Anything will be graciously accepted and tried.
